Once you have decided on your goat, I ask for $100 deposit. We accept PayPal. This will hold your kid until its time for pick up. Balance due at that time.
Just a few details.
Goats are social creatures. They need goat companionship. We won’t sell a single goat by itself unless you already have other goats. Like potato chips, you can’t have just one.
If you buy a goat from us, you become family. If you have questions or problems we won’t leave you stranded. We don’t know everything, but we will help you get answers
When we sell our kids, they are vaccinated and wormed. You will get information on how to register your new goats with the Myotonic Goat Registry. You will also get a list of things you will need to keep your goats happy and healthy, such as a mineral block, hoof trimmers and appropriate goat feed.
We disbud all our kids that are not polled. We wether all our boys. If you specifically want a buck, let us know early Spring.
If you live outside of the state of New Hampshire, goats are required to have health certificates from a veterinarian to travel outside the state. There is a $40 fee for health certificates. This fee is per certificate, not per animal. Multiple animals can travel on one certificate. Some states require additional testing for goats over 3 months, (e.g., Rhode Island).
These goats are raised to be companions and farm pets.
